SHIPPING
& RETURNS SHIPMENT Unless you are otherwise notified by us, shipments will be made via United Parcel Service (UPS). Your orders will normally ship within 24 hours of acceptance of your order if the items selected are in stock. If there is a delay in your shipping and your designated product is out of stock you will be notified via email. Shipping to countries other than Australia please allow at least 7-21 working days for delivery. Kiss Down Under only currently ships orders to Europe, USA, Asia and states and territories within Australia. All ship and delivery dates displayed on the Kiss Down Under website are estimates and are subject to change. Kiss Down Under will not be responsible for delays by the shipper. Delivery of all products shall be made f.o.b. point of shipping and risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you upon shipment.
You may return any product purchased on the Kiss Down Under website, for an exchange or refund of the purchase price if the product/s is defective or faulty only. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving products and notified via phone or email to the Customer Service Department. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind. All returns must be authorised by the Kiss Down Under Customer Service Department which can be contacted on (03) 9017 9085 or via email to customerservice@mykdu.com. The Customer Service Department will issue a return authorisation which is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the Kiss Down Under return authorisation must be used by the expiration date. Products must be returned in the original container with a copy of the invoice (proof of purchase), and be shipped prepaid to Kiss Down Under Customer Service Department Suite 1/192 Graham St Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207. Be sure to include your email address. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund for defective products within 7-21 business days of Kiss Down Under receiving your return. Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if you have obtained defective merchandise. |
